It was earlier reported that a facelifted model of Zen Estilo will be launched at the end of this month. The final date for the launch has been decided as the 23rd August 2009. So far the dealers and the sales team had been undergoing a training session to handle the technical and sales queries from the customers. The exteriors will be completely new with sharper design, new grille, fog lamps, front bumper and better style.
Till now it was uncertain whether there will be any technical changes but yes, the engine will also be changed now. It will be the rev-friendly 3-pot unit that currently powers the A-Star model. It is the latest K-series engine from Maruti Suzuki that is known for its superb performance and optimum fuel efficiency.
Maruti intends to change all the models with this new engine to make its complete product portfolio full of fuel efficient and eco-friendly cars with lesser emission. Launch of face-lifted model of Zen Estilo is a step in that direction only!
