Electrotherm India Limited today launched its hi-speed, hi-power 'YOSpeed' electric two-wheeler in the Tamil Nadu market. The company first launched YOSpeed in Northern and Western India.
Electrotherm is the first company to introduce battery-operated electric two-wheelers 'YObykes'.
YOSpeed is India's first ARAI approved electric two-wheeler in 750 W category, it has 33Ah long range battery and high power motor (750 W). The vehicle can be driven at a speed of 45 kmph and would run for 70-80 km per charge (with single rider) and 60-70 km with two riders under standard riding conditions.
The vehicle has been made keeping in mind the requirements of the people and the rising cost of petrol.
YOSpeed will be available across the country through the company's 200 plus exclusive YoWorld showrooms.
