Celebrating its 10th anniversary and making efforts to boost sales this festive season, Volkswagen has introduced the special edition of the Polo, Polo GT, Vento and the Ameo in India. The Volksfest will offer service benefits, gifts and a range of other offers across Volkswagen dealerships in India. The special edition cars will continue to be offered in existing engine options, while the changes will be limited to cosmetic detailing only.
Speaking of features, the limited anniversary edition Polo gets 15-inch dual tone Razor alloy wheels, side decals, and premium diamond design black seat covers. The limited anniversary edition Ameo, on the other hand, gets Tosa 15-inch alloy wheels, honeycomb design seat covers and special body decals. The anniversary edition detailing is extended to the Vento AllStar model as well, which gets Linas alloy wheels, aluminium pedal clusters, front centre armrest, rear AC vents and new black and grey interiors. Moreover, it also gets the AllStar badge for the interior. Volkswagen also offers a bunch of upgrades for the Polo GT in Sport trim which gets 16-inch alloy wheels, stylish 'GT Sport' side foils, a roof-mounted spoiler, dual tone paint scheme with a blackened roof, and new upholstery.
Prices for the limited edition model varies as it includes exchange benefits and loyalty bonus. The limited anniversary edition Polo, Ameo and Vento start at Rs 5.99 lakhs, Rs 5.79 lakhs and 9.99 lakhs respectively (ex-showroom, all India).
