With a long-term investment plan in India, Volkswagen is adding new models in its Indian portfolio. With these new models coming in, the manufacturer also plans to offer a hassle-free after-sales experience to customers, which clearly hasn’t been great so far. The new 'Express Facility' will be offered at no extra cost and will soon expand to different cities in India.

According to Michael Mayer, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, the plan is to lead the industry when it comes to service and customer satisfaction and he believes the introduction of this program will ensure a hassle-free service experience.
