      Upcoming Ford cars in India in 2015

      Like Hyundai, Honda and Maruti, Ford India is also aiming to launch a series of new cars and facelifts in the Indian car market this year. The company is aiming to launch at least three all-new products in India in 2015. It is also expected that the American automaker is also planning to introduce its iconic Mustang in the country; however, the exact launch details of the car are yet to be revealed. Interestingly, the company is also working on the facelift of its top-selling EcoSport compact SUV. Here is a list of all-new Ford cars to be launched this year.

      Ford Figo sedan - At the 2014 Delhi Motor Show, Ford India showcased the Figo compact sedan concept. The concept received quite a decent response from visitors and car critics, and the company is now readying the production-spec model for the market. The Figo sedan has already been launched in the Brazilian market, and is expected to hit our shores by mid 2015. It will be manufactured at the company’s manufacturing unit in Gujarat, and will rival against the likes of Hyundai Xcent, Maruti Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze and Tata Zest.

      Next-gen Ford Figo - The Figo hatchback has been Ford’s consistent seller in the Indian car market. And, now the company is all set to introduce the new generation model of the hatchback. Just like the compact sedan, the new Figo is already on sale in the Brazilian market. It will be launched in the second half of 2015 and will be offered in both petrol and diesel fuel options.

      New Ford Endeavour - Ford recently revealed the new-generation Endeavour aka Everest SUV. It will go on sale by the end of 2015 and will rival against the likes of Toyota Fortuner and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. The new model gets 225mm of ground clearance and 800mm of water wading capacity, indicating an improved off-roading capability. Inside, the vehicle gets new design layout and new Ford's SYNC2 multimedia system with voice commands.
