Hyundai Xcent has finally launched in the Indian market with an attractive price tag of 4.66 Lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). The Xcent sedan from Hyundai is powered by 1.2-litre kappa dual VTVT petrol that generates about 82 Bhp of power and 113 Nm of torque. As per sources, the car may also be available with an automatic transmission apart from a regular manual version. The interiors of the car is blessed with rear AC vents, push-button start, all-electric rear view mirrors, steering-mounted audio, 1GB hard drive for the 2-DIN music system. Bluetooth controls and a cooled glove-box Moreover, the Korean car-maker has also given much importance to safety of the occupants. The sedan is loaded with Anti-lock braking system, rear defogger, dual airbags, central locking, rear parking assist and central locking.
More than a decade old Honda City tops the list for sedan cars in India. The sedan is a perfect example of style, reliability and comfort. The new Honda City Petrol is powered by 1.5 litre i-VTEC engine that generates a modest power output of 119 PS at 6600 rpm and 145 Nm torque at 4600 rpm. Anticipated fuel efficiency for automatic and manual version is approximate 18 kmpl, but it is said that the manual version delivers slightly lower. The Dzire sedan is offered at a starting price of Rs. 4,85,162 (Ex-showroom Delhi).
