Tata plans to add a new exterior body colour option to the Hexa. The production-spec SUV has been snapped several times in a coffee brown colour hinting at its launch.

Tata Hexa to don a new coffee brown colour soon

At present, the Tata Hexa is available only in five body colour options - arizona blue, sky grey, platinum silver, tungsten silver and pearl white. The addition of the new colour will increase options for potential buyers. Our sources say it will be called as the 'unique bronze' colour and the Hexa might also get some more technology updates. This might include a new rear seat entertainment system and a head-up display (HUD) amongst other features.

The Tata Hexa is powered by a 2.2-litre Varicor 400 diesel motor that produces 154bhp of power and 400Nm of torque. It is available in both manual and automatic gearbox options. The SUV is known for its spacious middle and rear row seating and excellent ride. It has turned out to be a popular choice amongst Indian buyers and the new colour should add to its demand in our country.
