In addition, the vehicle also features the electronic shift-on-fly technology, which allows hassle-free switching between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive modes.

With a low turning radius of 5.4 metres, this car can be easily manoeuvred in hilly and rocky terrains. The excellent ground clearance of the vehicle, which stands at an impressive 200 mm, provides a dominating look to the off-roader. Features like Inside rear view mirror and electrically operated folding outside rear view mirror with turn signals are present in the car to ensure a better driving experience.

For safety, the vehicle is equipped with features like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Break-force Distribution (EBD), ensuring better control while driving on slippery roads. Provision of dual SRS airbags along with collapsible steering column gives safety to passengers from different sides of the vehicle.

As compared to the older version of the Tata Safari, the new model has a new front grille and projector headlamps, along with stylishly sculptured bumpers. The rear end of the car now features more stylishly designed tail lights and an aerodynamically designed spoiler.
