Tata Motors has teased an all-new sports coupe at the launch of their new vertical Tamo. Tamo has been envisaged as the innovation centre at Tata Motors and will work with tech companies across the globe to create future products. The sports coupe has been developed by Tamo and will debut at the Geneva Auto Show on March 7, 2017.
Except for the covered silhouette, there is no information to guess what it might be. But from the looks of it, it might be a sports coupe, a two-door low slung sportscar. Tata Motors is said to be developing two new platforms that will underpin all the future Tata cars and the new sportscar might be built on the one developed for small cars. The other one will obviously underpin the SUVs.
Geneva Auto Show has always been important in the Tata scheme of things and the debut of the sportscar there might give India its first indigenously built sportscar if the Indian car maker has plans to get it into production.
