Tata Nexon is now available with Apple CarPlay in the XZ, XZ+ and XZA+ variants. New models will receive the update as standard from mid-August onwards, while the current customers can approach the Tata dealership for an update. Mechanical and cosmetic detailing remains unchanged and the vehicle continues to be offered with a 6.5-inch floating touchscreen.
Tata Nexon is powered by a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that generates 108bhp of power and 170Nm of torque. The 1.5-litre diesel engine, on the other hand, produces 108bhp of power and 260Nm of torque. The engines come mated to either a six-speed manual or a six-speed Hyperdrive AMT system.
The Nexon compact SUV has been the second bestselling vehicle for the company after the Tiago hatchback. The vehicle has recently earned a four-star crash test rating at the Euro NCAP and three stars for child occupant protection. The safety feature list includes dual front airbags, ABS brakes and ISOFIX anchorages as standard.
