The new product is believed to possess some inspiring new interior and exterior attributes along with superior and more powerful engine under their hoods.
The July-September quarter of 2012 has not really gone Tata Motors' way and the Indian auto maker registered below par sales in the country. Further, the value of Indian Rupee took a major beating in the second quarter of the current fiscal, which posed immense burden on Tata Motors' export operations.
From the initial spy shots, the upcoming Tata Indigo Manza Club Class sedan looks a class apart from its previous models in both interior and exterior finishes. The exterior appearance of the Indigo Manza Club Class seems more refined as compared to its current generation but it is the interiors that catches one's attention instantly. The seats are bolstered with an amazing all black leather upholstery, besides the car also comes with some exquisite detailing on the insides of doors.
The top-end model of the yet-to-be launched Indigo Manza Club Class sedan will come trimmed with several noteworthy additions, including height adjustable driver seat with lumbar support, boot lamp, electrical HVAC controls, tilt adjustable power steering and fixed rear seat with foldable back amongst others.
Tata Motors' will introduce the upcoming Indigo Manza Club Class in both diesel and petrol guises in the Indian entry-level sedan market. The petrol variant is expected to feature the improved 1.4 litre Safire 90 petrol power-mill, which churns out a maximum power of almost 90 bhp and a torque of 116 Nm. Further, the car is believed to be coming with a refined 1.3 litre Quadrajet 90 diesel motor that could roll out a peak power-torque delivery of 90 bhp and 200 Nm, respectively.
The Tata Indigo Manza Club Class will be followed by another product from the company's arsenal, the Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) Safari Storme on October 17, 2012. The launches of reworked and facelifted models by Tata Motors points to the Indian auto maker's improvised strategy to augment its market standing in the country's passenger car market. The soon-to-be launched Indigo Manza Club Class will be pitched in a direct competition against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire, Mahindra Verito and Toyota Etios, upon its launch.
