The newest offering from Tata Motors, the Zica hatchback had been entangled over its name that resembled the Zika epidemic. For a while now, the company has been deciding on its new name ahead of its official launch. This time around the company has launched the 'Fantastico Name Hunt’ contest that calls for netizens to vote for one among the three names suggested by the company – Civet (African carnivorous mammal), Tiago (Spanish name for Baby Boy) and Adore (Love and Respect to a person).
Contestants from India participating in the contest stand a chance to win a car. And those outside the country stand a chance to be rewarded with something of an equal value. It is believed that the company had received over 37,000 name suggestions for vehicle out of which they had shortlisted three.
