Hero Passion XPRO is powered by a 109.1 cc, air-cooled, four-cylinder engine, which is powered by an 8.7 PS at the rate of 7500 rpm. The torque output of 9.36 Nm at the rate of 5500 rpm. Both kick start and electric start have been provided to this bike. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel using the four-speed constant mesh gearbox. Full transitioned ignition system has been provided on this bike for a smooth riding experience. The fuel tank capacity of this bike is 9.5 litres, while it is at 2.1 litres when reserve.
On the other hand, the Bajaj Discover 100M is powered by a 102 cc four-valve twin spark DTS-I engine. The bike produces a power of 9.3 PS at the rate of 8000 rpm and a torque of 9.02 Nm at the rate of 6000 rpm. Telescopic suspension has been provided on the front wheel, while nitrox twin suspension has been provided on the rear wheel. Disc brakes have been provided on the front wheel, while the rear wheel is controlled by drum brakes. The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 9.5 litres when full and 1.6 litre reserve capacity.
