Korean utility vehicle giant Ssangyong has added a limited edition model to its Korando crossover range. Simply named ‘Red’, this limited-run model is based on the Korando ELX 2.2 and features full red leather interior, a 6-way power adjustable and ventilated driver’s seat, powered sunroof and HID headlights.
As for colours, the Korando ‘Red’ will be available with either a metallic space black or metallic techno grey. Additionally, it also gets heated front and rear seats, an infotainment system with 7-inch touch screen with a navigation system, a rear view camera, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Under the hood sits a familiar 2.2 litre diesel engine with 178bhp of power and 400Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 6-speed automatic gearbox and an on-demand four-wheel drive.
The limited edition Korando Red is currently on sale in the UK at an on-road price of £23,495 (Rs 23.09 lakh).
