Seen here’s the spyshot of a new top-end ‘VX.S’ variant of the SUV that features a lower bumper set, large alloy rims and side sill extensions. Unlike the Land Cruiser GX.R trim that wears front bumper with a nameplate embossed chrome bumper guard, the VX.S variant gets an additional bumper with chrome accent. Features on offer could be an all-new four-spoke steering wheel, new dashboard trims, center console with a larger touchscreen infotainment display and revised gear selector and floor console.

The top-end VX.S Land Cruiser will be powered by a 5.7-litre Dual VVT-I V8 petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 362bhp and 540Nm of torque. Transmitting power to the wheels will be a 6-speed automatic transmission. Whereas, the lower variant will be offered with a 4.6-litre V8 petrol and a 4.5-litre, four-cylinder V8 diesel engines. The latter one delivers a maximum power output of 261.49bhp at 3,400rpm and 650Nm of torque between 1,600rpm – 2,600rpm. A new ‘GD’ 2.8-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine might also be on offer.
