Skoda is on a spree to revamp its image and has launched Project Delight as a part of its efforts. The campaign involves a complete overhaul of its sales and service network and will come into effect from September 1.

Firstly, All Skoda dealerships will undergo a design change to get in line with Skoda’s latest display and design philosophy. This includes a fresh layout and colour combinations. It will be implemented across 40 dealerships by the end of this year while a 100 per cent implementation has been scheduled for 2017.

Working to improve its service network, Skoda will introduce features like menu pricing, a new service core process, a new customer car process and finally Skoda Service Care. The most important of these is the Skoda Service Care which includes extended warranties, roadside assistance and maintenance packages at competitive prices.

Looking to take advantage of the digital boom, Skoda, will for its sales personal introduce an iConsultant App. It is an iPad based service that will allow Skoda sales personal to show customers the entire Skoda range virtually along with a host of customisation options. This app will also include access to vehicles reviews and latest updates.

With a slew of new products like Octavia VRs and Kodiaq crossover scheduled over the next 12 months, this major revamp will be crucial to Skoda being able to gain back market share and image among Indian buyers.
