Skoda has announced a revamp of its brand image which will come into effect from September 1. Named Project Delight it includes comprehensive plans with regard to sales, dealerships as well as enhancing customer experience.

The biggest announcement is that all of Skoda’s dealerships across the country have been redesigned based on their latest corporate design and identity. Changes include a new layout as well as corporate rebranding. Currently 8 dealers have moved to the new and this number will expand to 40 by the end of the year.

Aiming to strengthen their service network, Skoda will introduce things like menu pricing, detailed service invoices and a 4 year/ 1 lakh km warranty. In addition to a comprehensive road side assistance plan there will also be a delivery assurance which assures same day delivery for cars undergoing periodic maintenance.

In a bid to move with the times, the Czech automaker will also introduce a ‘MySkoda’ mobile app which will allow its customer to have access to things like service records, roadside assistance, locate nearest dealer as well as information about the brand itself. Taking the digital dive even further, Skoda will also introduce the iConsultant which is basically an iPad based sales tool that would allow customers to view the whole range of cars digitally as well as make their preferences.
