Renault is working on a new SUV that will fill the void between Duster and Koleos. The launch of this unnamed and yet in development stage SUV is likely to take place in 2015. Ahead of its official launch in June 2015, auto enthusiasts could get to see the prototype at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. It was being speculated earlier that the SUV in question is the new generation Koleos, however according to latest reports, Renault is developing an all new smaller SUV. On the other hand a new generation version of Koleos is also in the making and is expected to be launched in 2016. Rumour has it that the new generation Koleos will boast enhanced dimensions as compared to the current model.
Coming back to the new SUV from Renault, it is expected to be conceived on the same platform as underpinned by Megane and could carry Racoon/kadjar moniker. Currently there is yet no information about the SUV, but it is being believed that the vehicle could take design cues from the Espace, that was recently revealed by Renault.
