The Kwid hatchback from Renault has garnished impressive response in the Indian market. Owing to its huge demand deliveries for the vehicle has stretched up to 6-10 months for the vehicle in some cities. Sources have revealed that the company now plans on starting a 3rd shift in production from March this year.
The move is also likely to help the company accommodate the much awaited 1.0-litre option. the company plans on showcasing the bigger engine option at the upcoming Auto Expo event. To make matters more interesting the company also introduce an AMT variant. Apart from the Kwid, the company shall also showcase the new 2016 Duster at the upcoming event.
