Renault's Duster has been doing really well in the compact SUV segment in the country. The other offerings namely Scala and Pulse, by the brand in India has reportedly not been generating too good sales numbers as such. In order to boost their sales, Renault India is reportedly offering the diesel trims os Scala and Pulse at a price of a petrol version.
The Renault Pulse RxL diesel that used to cost about Rs 6.40 lakh earlier has been brought down to about Rs 5.19 lakh. Moreover, the company is also offering additional benefits like 2 years of extended warranty and 4 years of free roadside assistance. Whereas, the Renault Scala RxL diesel trim that was once higher priced has now been brought down to Rs. 8.01 lakhs. The offer on both the cars would be valid till the time the stocks lasts as they are a part of year-end stock clearance offer.
Apart from Scala and Pulse, Renault india is also discounts on its popular Duster trims in the country. The 85PS Duster RxL that once costed about Rs 9.57 lakh is now offered at about Rs 9.29 lakh. The newly launched Duster RxL AWD which was priced at Rs. 11.89 lakh is now offered at Rs. 11.29 Lakh.
