Range Rover Evoque was launched back in 2011. During its six year production run, the British carmaker has produced around 6 lakh units of Evoque at their UK facility. Currently, according to the carmaker, an Evoque rolls off the production line every 170 seconds, 80 per cent of which are exported to 130 markets around the globe. Celebrating this milestone, Range Rover has introduced a special edition - the Evoque Landmark.

This special edition will make its global debut at the Royal Windsor Horse Show on May 10th, with bookings commencing right after. The special highlight of the Evoque Landmark is the new Moraine blue body paint, which is inspired by the turquoise lakes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, according to the carmaker. However, if that’s too flashy for your taste, Yulong white and Corris grey colours are also available. Contrasting the bright body colour, the characteristic panoramic roof is finished in Carpathian grey, the 19-inch wheels are done in gloss dark grey while grille, bonnet, air vents and tailgate insignia gets a graphite treatment.

Step inside and the contrasting treatment continues in the cabin with contrasting Lunar stitching on Ebony leather seats with perforated mid-section. The centre console gets dark grey accents with brushed satin highlights all around the dashboard. Exclusive to the Landmark edition is the new 10-inch InControl Touch Pro infotainment system with a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot. There’s also a Remote Premium smartphone app that lets the owner keep a check on the car’s fuel level, lock status, location and even pre-heat or cool the cabin all remotely. Optional extras can get you a real-time traffic mapping, satellite and ‘street level’ views and a ‘Live Apps’ sidebar with the weather, news headlines, a flight tracker, among other things.

Range Rover has put a price tag of £39,000 for the Evoque Landmark in the UK.
