Piaggio Group, the Italian auto maker, announced on 12th April, 2012 that the company is set to introduce the original Italian Vespa in the two-wheeler market of India. The new series of iconic Vespa scooters will surely attend to the requirements of Indian customers.
The officially launch of Vespa is scheduled in Mumbai on 26th April, which will be followed by the inauguration of company’s manufacturing unit at Baramati, Maharashtra scheduled for 28th April 2012. Roberto Colaninno, Chairman and CEO,Piaggio Group (Globally) will mark his presence in both the events to transform it into an historic moment for the company.
