Nissan had a handful of cars on show for its audiences at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo, and that list also happens to include the new Sunny facelift. This tenth generation Sunny, that was introduced in 2011, majorly features changes to its exteriors, some more obvious than others along with tid bits of tweaks inside the cabin. The quite noticeably larger and ‘boomerang’ shaped headlamps are one of the most obvious changes to the Sunny's exteriors. The sedan now sports a comparatively bigger grill other than the re-designed bumper with chrome accents around the fog lamps. The turn signals have now been placed on the ORVMs.

Moving on to the changes in the cabin, the new Nissan Sunny now houses a leather wrapped steering wheel, aluminium inserts and a revamped central console in piano black finish. As far as the interior space is concerned, the Sunny continues to lead the segment, the comfort of which, is enhanced by the perforated leather seats. The list of other interior features includes automatic climate control with digital display and a 6.1-inch touchscreen DVD player with navigation and Bluetooth support. And in terms of safety, the sedan comes loaded with Anti-lock Breaking system (ABS), Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD), dual front airbags and Brake Assist and side impact air bags.

However, the facelift will continue to be powered by the same engines as those found on its predecessor i.e. the 1.5-litre 97.7bhp petrol mill and the 1.5-litre 84.8bhp diesel engine.
