Nissan Qazana was unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show earlier this year. It is a crossover vehicle which is partly Micra and partly a beach buggy. It largely resembles Micra in design and style but with sizes equal to Nissan Qashqai and Murano crossovers. Nissan Qashqai was a highly successful model acroos Europe and now Nissan intends to tread similar lines once again with Nissan Qazana. The model will be built at Sunderland next year.
The new Nissan Qazana is a 5-door compact sports crossover vehicle with an ultra-modern design. The interiors and exteriors are largely inspired from beach buggies. Large tyres, wheel arch and tall stance of the body depict the power and stability. It will have electrically operated doors and rear hinged back half-doors. Interiors largely depict designs similar to that of super-sports bike. The car is completely laden with luxury features like Sat Nav system, display screen with touch screen controls for air conditioning and overall vehicle control.
The price of the car is expected to be around GBP 12000 or Rs. 9,12,000 and will go on sale from 2011.
