In continuation to their expansion plan in India, Nissan has opened a new dealership in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. M R Nissan is the new facility that will cater to cars from both Nissan and Datsun brands.
M R Nissan is equipped with the state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, latest tools and other computerized amenities. It becomes the third outlet in Himachal Pradesh after the ones located at Mandi and Solan. The new one is situated at VPO Ghurkari Matour Chowk, Kangra and is spread across 11,000 sq. ft. Customers from not only Himachal Pradesh, but also from Punjab can get their service requirements fulfilled through this facility due to its strategic location. In addition, the customers travelling to the hill station from Haryana, Delhi and Punjab can also avail help or any kind of service from the workshop.
Nissan is focused on improving the experience of customers when they visit the company’s dealers. The carmaker intends to attend the customers' queries and provide solutions at priority. So they have opened 10 new dealerships in India from April through December 2016 and will continue doing so this year.
