Nissan India has appointed Mr. Arun Malhotra as the new Managing Director for Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Malhotra will be placed at the Nissan’s Sales & Marketing headquarters located in India and will report to Mr. Guillaume Sicard, President-Nissan India Operations.
Under his responsibilities, developing business strategies to improve company’s overall performance in domestic market, managing product induction and vitally enhancing Nissan and Datsun’s presence and accessibility in India through continuous expansion of network are included.

“Arun Malhotra has a consistent record of high performance and extensive experience in automotive sales, service, and marketing in India. I am happy to have a seasoned leader like him join us to accelerate Nissan’s progress in a dynamic market like India,” said Guillaume Sicard, President – Nissan India Operations.
Mr. Malhotra did BE in Mechanical Engineering and post that completed MBA degree from Indian Institute of Managemen, Kolkata. In his rich experience of 30 years in Automotive industry, Mr. Malhotra has worked with prestigious automotive firms like Bajaj Auto and Maruti Suzuki. Before joining Nissan Motors India, he worked as the chief of International Sales and Marketing for the automotive and farm sector of Mahindra & Mahindra.
