TVS Victor, the bike that once held the title as country’s number 1 executive bike is set for a re-launch tomorrow. As stated by sources, the company shall launch the new Victor at an event in Chennai. Post launch, the bike is expected to reclaim its lost share in the commuter 100-110cc segment in India. Sources have indicated that the new bike may share technical specs and transmission with the Star City+.
The new TVS Victor would be powered by 109.7 cc engine that generates about 8.3bhp of power at 7000rpm and 8.7Nm of torque at about 5000 rpm the engine would be mated to 4-speed constant mesh transmission. In terms of features, the bike would get adjustable dual rear shocks, alloy wheels, optional disc brake on front and LED tail lamps. As seen in teaser, the bike could also get red coloured shocks and red stitching on seat. On pricing aspect, it is likely to be offered for Rs 60,000.
