The Maruti Ritz facelift is expected to be launched in the country by the end of 2015. MSI is readying its new production unit in Gujarat, which is soon likely to get operational. The new models are likely to be produced at the company’s new production unit. In order to increase the sales of ageing Ritz, MSI is readying the new Ritz hatchback for the country. The updated model is expected to get new front fascia with new grille, headlamps and bumpers. Other changes expected are new alloy wheels, new seat upholstery, new infotainment system, etc.

It was speculated that Maruti Suzuki will launch the much-awaited YBA compact SUV in the country this year; however, reports suggest that the vehicle will only go on sale in the first quarter of 2016. The compact SUV will be offered in both petrol and diesel fuel options, and will share its styling with the Suzuki iV-4 concept.
