The Korean auto maker Hyundai Motors recently launched a sporty model of i10 in the international market. The model features jazzy looks with funky sports streaks on the exteriors. The model was recently launched in Taiwan and the company’s marketing campaign is emphasising on its nice interiors rather than its fuel efficient engine or performance. Clearly, Hyundai intends to reintroduce its hatchback model as advanced variant with cool specifications in design. Interiors of the car feature iPod connectivity, two-tone cockpit, unique alloys and stripes on the exteriors.
The new Hyundai i10 model is expected at the end of this year when the company reintroduces the face-lifted model. Hyundai Motors India Limited may also introduce a new technology in its Kappa engine series equipped with better performance and fuel efficiency.
Hyundai has recently re-launched a facelifted model of i20 in India. The company said it has added new features to its existing variants Magna (base model priced Rs 4.91 lakh) and Asta (top-end priced up to Rs 7.48 lakh), while introducing two new levels, Era (priced at Rs 4.52 lakh, thus, becoming the entry level) and Sportz (Rs 5.32 lakh, positioned between the Magna and the Asta).
