As city dwellers gear-up and make plans for New Year festivities, the Mumbai police have stepped up the vigil and asked citizens to refrain from drunken driving. Mumbai Police Commissioner Ahmed Javed tweeted, "It's better to call for a driver than to call for an ambulance. Don't drink and drive! On #AlertMumbaiSafeMumbai".
