The 44th Tokyo Motor Show seems to be a trending topic and the reason for that it is the amazing options and line-ups of concepts, prototypes and models to be displayed by many international car makers. One such concept that will grab all the attention of the nature friendly enthusiasts is the Mitsubishi eX Crossover Concept, which is already expected to be the next giant leap for the Japanese car brand.
Unlike the crossover showcased at the Geneva show, this does not make use of plug-in hybrid but will be a powered solely by an electric motor. The eX Crossover Concept will also preview automated driving system along with a list of active and passive safety features.
It will preview the future design language of Mitsubishi vehicles with the diamond shaped front profile acting as standard across the portfolio. The eX Crossover will be a sporty offering and will have an exciting design incorporation ‘shooting brake’ style of rear profile combining the traits of a luxury and sporty estate wagon. The front end is a new interpretation of the Dynamic Shield front design concept.
There is still no confirmation about the powertrain details; it is already expected to have a long range of 402 kms at a full single charge.
