Mitsubishi has announced a free service camp for Ludhiana customers that will begin tomorrow. The two day campaign aims to offer Mitsubishi vehicle owners a free vehicle check-up and also have the opportunity to avail discounts on added services.
Japanese technicians have been deputed to the dealerships to have direct interaction with customers. They will discuss and inspect the issues in the cars and get them rectified through experts at the workshop. Apart from the check-up, the company is also offering a free car wash, 20 per cent discount on car care products and a 15 per cent discount on fuel additives.
Mitsubishi's service campaign is an activity, which is conducted regularly at selected locations in India. The company recently concluded this campaign in Mumbai and Chandigarh as well. Such initiatives go a long way in strengthening dealer customer relationships, while taking customer service to an even greater level.
