The E400 Cabriolet will be launched as CBU (Completely Built Unit) unit, and is likely to be priced much higher to the locally assembled E Cass model. With a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, the E-Class Cabriolet will target auto enthusiasts. Talking about styling, the Mercedes E400 Cabriolet features three-pointed star at the centre of the grille, aggressive bumper with wide airdam and sharp LED headlamps with daytime running lamps. The rear-end of the car gets two piece LED tail-lamps, and the flared wheel arches have been fitted to sporty 18-inch twin 5-spoke alloy wheels. The E-Class Cabrio gets a 3.0-litre twin turbo V6 engine that churns out 338PS of power and 480Nm of torque. This car has two doors and electric soft top that can be operated at speeds less than 40kmph.

The Mercedes CLS-Class features a diamond studded grille, newly styled multi-spoke alloy wheels, single slat chrome grille with large Mercedes logo and new lighting technology. The grille is complemented by a new set of multibeam LED headlamps with camera control. Under the bonnet is a 2.1-litre four-cylinder diesel engine that is good for 207PS of power and 500Nm of torque. This engine is paired to a new 9-speed automatic gearbox.
