Under the management of Sundaram Motors, Mercedes-Benz India has started a new dealership in Salem, Konerikarai. This workshop is spread across 15,000 sq. ft and gets five bays dedicated for maintenance and repair. The other service centre opened is Bridgeway Motors in Thrissur, Kerala. It is spread across 16,000 sq. ft. and gets eight similar bays.

Additionally, the carmaker also inaugurated a new facility in Hoodi, Bengaluru with an aim to strengthen its presence in tier II and III markets. This one is also operated by Sundaram Motors, but is a bigger outlet spread across 80,000 sq. ft. area. It is fully capable of servicing all cars from the carmaker's line-up and can service up to 2,500 cars annually. A 'Premier Express Service' is expected to begin soon which will have Wi-Fi enabled customer lounges and a coffee shop too.

All Mercedes-Benz dealerships are state-of-the-art luxury facilities providing the automaker’s premium brand and ownership experience. With many more service centres across the country, the carmaker will be able to cater to more customers spread across different regions. It will mean greater reach, quicker repairs and also add to the customer delight.
