Mercedes will launch its first ever SUV-Coupe in India on the 12th of January. Called the GLE Coupe, it will be launched here in the 450 AMG guise with a petrol engine. So, Delhi dwellers can buy this one as well.
According to Mercedes, the GLE AMG Coupe offers the perfect combination of sportiness, dynamism and agility of a coupe, with the unparalleled road presence, robustness and versatility of an SUV. Aggressive styling and built to impress in terms in styling makes it stand-alone in competition.
In terms of exterior design, the Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG Coupe gets gloss-black accents on single-slat grill. The side mirrors come equipped with turn indicators along with sunroof to make things more interesting. The front bumper gets large air-intakes while the rear bumper comes mated with twin chrome exhausts at each end. Adding up the style quotient, the vehicle gets silver-finish side step and dual-tone alloys.
The Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG Coupe gets V6 bi-turbo petrol engine with 4MATIC all-wheel drive system that comes mated to 9G-Tronic automatic transmission that generates about a massive 362bhp of power and 520Nm of torque. As for the interiors, the vehicle gets silver-finish accents on steering wheel, door pads, two-pod instrument cluster and AC vents. For entertainment and convenience it gets COMAND infotainment system neatly placed on the dashboard.
