After the launch of two of the most popular Italian luxury sports cars – Aston Martin and Ferrari in the Indian market a few months back; one more Italian sports car – Maserati – has marked its debut in the country. The new super luxury Maserati has been shelved in the price bracket of Rs 1.20 crore and Rs 1.43 crore (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The company has rolled out three models in the Indian market including Quattroporte flag-ship sedan, the GranTurismo coupe and the GranCabrio convertible.

Speaking to the reporters on Wednesday, Maserati Asia Pacific MD Simone Niccolai said, "We have brought our entire range of cars to feed the fast growing Indian luxury car market that doubled to around 700 units in 2010. We have the confidence to sell good on the back of robust demand for such luxury cars."
