Maruti Suzuki that launched the Swift facelift in 2014 end, is now ready to launch the 2015 Swift Dzire facelift in the country. The vehicle has already been spotted several times during its test rounds. If reports are to be believed, the production of the updated model has already been commenced while the launch will take place by the end of this CY Quarter. The company has already refreshed the Swift, and the similar updates are also expected on the updated Dzire.
The Swift Dzire facelift features a new front fascia with a slightly revised chrome grille, flanked by slightly modified sweptback headlamps (Headlamps will get dark insert). It also gets new bumper with restyled air dam and chrome enclosure for fog lamp assembly. The side profile of the sedan largely remains the same, except for the slightly modified alloy wheels and door handles. The wheel arches gets new 10-spoke alloy wheels while the door handle now features keyless access button. It is also expected to get new blue exterior shade. At the rear, the sedan has new bumper and more chrome inserts.
The interiors of the Dzire would be benefited with new Bluetooth equipped music system, multi-functional steering wheel with controls for audio and Bluetooth telephony, electrically adjustable and retractable wing mirrors, i-Key, Push button start, etc. The mechanics of the sedan will remain unchanged; however, both the engines will see an improvement in fuel efficiency.
