      Maruti Suzuki showcases Ritz Jubilio at Auto Expo 2014

      From past 11 years, the Auto Expo event has been acting as a great platform for the Indian as well as International car makers to showcase their talent in terms of new cars or concept models. Organizers of the recently held event in Delhi have been quoted as saying, this year's event was the biggest one held till date. The Indian car-maker came up with this interesting tall boy hatchback stance sporting a dynamic design sometime ago in the country. The car came with a promise to deliver bliss and bring in loads of practicality to its its users.

      The current lot of Ritz from Maruti Suzuki is available in Petrol and Diesel versions. The petrol type is powered by 1197 cc engine that generates about 87 Ps of power, whereas the diesel version is stated to be powered by 1248 cc that generates about 75 PS of power. Both the engine fuel types are mated to optional 5 speed automatic transmission or 4 speed automatic transmission. The Auto Expo showcased Ritz Jubilio hatchback sported only cosmetic upgrades, whereas its technical aspects were left unchanged. On the inside, the showcased version featured two tone dashboard that gives it a fresher appeal, and an innovative touchscreen interface for the entertainment system.

      On the exterior, the front fascia sports a bigger grill that is complimented with a set of blacked out head lights. At the rear, smoked up taillights are complimented with bigger bumpers. For the sides, the Ritz Jubilio sports side skirting's and interesting dials. Sporty alloys adds a sporty stance to the car.

      The 12 Auto Expo event has received a good amount of response this year. Sugato Sen, deputy director general of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers, stated, “The 2014 auto show is the largest in terms of participation. As many as 47 automobile manufacturers have confirmed their presence. The increase in the number of participants has made us increase the exhibit area by 45 per cent this year to 64,000 square meters. There will be 14 pavilions to display vehicles and three hangars”.
