Maruti Suzuki's very own tall boy Ritz has been a popular pick in the hatchback segment in the country. This time around the Indian car-maker has come up with a limited edition rechristened as 'Ritz Elate' for just about Rs. 19,990 extra over the regular variant. The limited edition variant shall only be available in Vxi and Vdi variant.
The Maruti Suzuki Ritz Elate is powered by the existing 1.2-litre K-series petrol engine that generates about 85 bhp of power, whereas the diesel version is powered by 1.3-litre DDiS engine that generates about 73 Bhp of power. As for the special features in the Elate, the hatchback gets an extra kit and new decals. Technical specification have remained unchanged, whereas as part of cosmetic upgrades like orange graphic decals, 2 Din JVC music system with Bluetooth, Ambient lighting, 'Elate' logo at the rear, and Reverse parking sensors. Apart from this the company is also offering black door visors, new chic door mats, ergonomic neck cushioning, durable mud flaps and a new steering wheel cover. Moreover besides these goodies, MSI is also offering a multi-purpose bag along with the limited edition model.
Maruti Suzuki has also offered lucrative cash discount of about Rs 30,000 and customers can also avail exchange bonus of Rs 35,000. The limited edition is available in 4-speed automatic transmission in Petrol variant, whereas 5-speed gearbox is present in both the variants. The car has been launched in the Indian market recently and is a good buy for all the list of interesting features it has to offer.
