      Maruti Suzuki opens MyNEXA Concierge and lounge at IGI Airport

      Maruti Suzuki has inaugurated ‘MyNEXA Concierge’ and a Nexa lounge at T3, Indira Gandhi International airport in New Delhi today. This is a part of the celebrations of the Nexa outlets completing one full year of operations.

      This new outlet is spread over an area of 900 sq.ft and features the same black and white monochrome interior like the other Nexa facilities. There is a separate display area to showcase the S-Cross and the Baleno. Under 'MyNEXA Concierge' Maruti Suzuki will offer Nexa customers services like the MyNEXA loyalty program. Under this scheme, customers can choose for a loyalty card at the time of purchasing the vehicle for a one-time payment of Rs 1,000. With this, they will be eligible to avail services like dedicated seating area, free internet, use of iPads, food and beverages, massage machines, business centre etc. Apart from the existing customers, prospective buyers who are travelling out of Delhi, can also come and get familiar with the Nexa experience and check out the premium offerings by the company.

      R S Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, "MyNEXA Concierge airport display and lounge is an initiative which helps us create another touch point to engage and connect with our customers. 'MyNEXA Concierge' represents our desire to create new and unique experiences for customers. We are committed to introduce distinctive initiatives, as Nexa redefines the purchase and ownership experience of customers."

      Maruti Suzuki's new lounge will offer a unique experience that has been initiated for the first time by an automaker in India. The only other automobile company to have come up with such an idea of a lounge at T3 was Volvo Auto India, the Indian arm of the Swedish car manufacturer Volvo Cars. At present, the car maker has 150 Nexa showrooms in 94 cities and will launch fifteen new Nexa dealerships in the country by 2020.
