This special edition of the S-Cross is designed on the existing Zeta version of S-Cross Delta DDiS 200 version. This trim receives some cosmetic changes that include chrome accents on the front bumper, a chrome garnish on the rear door, black rear spoiler and ORVMs painted in gloss black finish. The company has however dropped the darker shade for the alloy rims showcased on this variant at the 2016 Auto Expo.

The interior gets all the features from the Zeta variant, barring the touchscreen audio system. Instead, the cabin is equipped with a basic monochrome integrated unit. The additional features comprise of a steering wheel cover, faux carbon fibre trim around the center console, floor console and door panels. The company has also added a sporty pedal pad and foot-well lamps with blue ambient lighting. The seats get new leather covers with a blue contrast stitching. Sadly, there will be no Garmin transparent HUD or rear entertainment with two screens mounted behind the front seats as seen on the car exhibited at the Expo.

This special edition is based on the DDiS 200 Zeta variant of the S-Cross. So, it will be powered by the turbocharged 1.3-litre diesel motor delivering a power output of 89bhp and 200Nm. The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox with power being sent to the front wheels.

Maruti Suzuki had showcased this limited edition of the S-Cross crossover at the 2016 Auto Expo last month, albeit with some more features. The special variant has finally reached dealerships and hopefully should find buyers increasing the sales of the S-Cross.
