      Maruti Suzuki announces 'Monsoon Fit Check' camp across India

      Monsoons are the time when a majority of vehicles tend to halt due to technical snag, very often its because of old/worn out components that are not immune to harsh climate. Various car-makers in the country organize car check-up camps during this season, so how can India's largest car-maker Maruti Suzuki stay far away from this event? Maruti Suzuki has announced ‘Monsoon Fit Check’ campaign for its valued customers across all its 3,500 workshops in the country. The campaign carries the moto of ‘Be Aware for Safety and Complete car care’ and shall feature across 1,450 towns and cities with the country. The check-up campaign will be held till the end of monsoons.

      Speaking more on the occasion, Mr. Pankaj Narula, Executive Director, Maruti Suzuki said, “Maruti Suzuki is committed towards high quality customer service which yields top vehicle performance and safety. The monsoon season is just one of the several opportunities to connect, engage and educate on importance of vehicle maintenance and safety. With ‘Monsoon Fit check-up’ we expect to target our large customer base and provide them with the maximum benefit and services. Such campaigns also help us drive in customers who may have been little in active in getting their Maruti Suzuki cars serviced regularly.”

      The car-check up campaign organized by Maruti Suzuki one among several other customer engagement initiatives undertaken by the company with a view to provide better safety to their vehicles. At the venue, company shall also offer 'Wiper kits' developed by its Parts Division at a special price. The event is expected to be a success owing to its over 14 million customer base across the country.

      In the past Maruti Suzuki has successfully initiated several customer engagement activities in form of Mega camps and others with a view to connect and engage with customers. To further strengthen the brand value and relationship with the customer, Maruti Suzuki has also brought in ‘periodic maintenance kits’ for their cars.
