Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd (MTWL), a group venture owned by Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), today said it plans to increase the number of dealerships to 500 across the country in the next fiscal.
"Right now, we have 425 dealership network in the country. We want to take this number to 500 by the end of financial year 2015-16," MTWL vice president (sales and customer care) Dharmendra Mishra told reporters here.
He was in the city for inauguration of the company's new dealership outlet at Sanwer road here. This is MTWL's 21st dealership in the state. The bikemaker has been working on building a strong brand presence in the two-wheeler segment. Recently sources had also spotted the Mahindra’s upcoming performance bike named Mojo undergoing road test in the country thereby hinting on its launch to happen sometime soon.
