Mahindra has now made the NuvoSport a good choice for buyers by offerring benefits up to Rs 57,000 on the car. The carmaker is seeking to give the car's sales a push through new offers that might take the sales numbers up by a few notches.
The offers include various types of benefits. There are cash discounts that vary from Rs 15,000 to Rs 35,000 from dealer to dealer. Other incentives include a welcome bonus, low finance options, extended warranty, road side assistance schemes, accident insurance benefits, additional accessories etc. Some dealers have provisions for funding even up to 90 per cent of the value of the vehicle. It should however be noted that the body kit is not a part of any package and has to be brought separately.
To counter the rising competition, Mahindra has started to offer multiple options to the buyers in the sub-Rs 10 lakh space. This included the Nuvosport as well, which is built on the third-gen chassis instead of the older heavier one and is a body on frame unit. The car's main highlight is the automated manual transmission it is equipped with. It is something that is missing even in the segment leader - Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. And even if the Nuvosport has not caught as many eyes as its rivals in the Indian passenger car market, the brand has received good response for the model.
