The Mahindra Mojo was launched last month amid much fanfare surrounding it. The bike was finally launched post a long wait in India for Rs 1.58 Lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi). The company had offered the bike at an introductory price for Diwali. This time around sources have revealed that the company has hiked the price by about Rs 5,000 thereby now bringing the cost to about Rs 1.63 Lakh.
The Mahindra Mojo is powered by 300cc, liquid-cooled, EFI single-cylinder engine that generates a powerful 27bhp at 8,000rpm and 30Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The bike is available in interesting shades of Charcoal Black, Volcano Red and Glacier White. For enhanced ride quality and control, the company has offered 240 mm rear disc brake, 320 mm front disc brake and inverted front forks. On the design aspect, the double barrel headlamp cluster with DRLs has been offering this bike a unique identity.
