Mahindra’s KUV100 is now arriving at several dealerships. This new crossover has been spotted in red colour. The KUV100 is the entry-level vehicle into the Mahindra brand. The new KUV100 will be powered by an all-new range of mFlacon engines, which are developed by Mahindra and Mahindra. The engines on the KUV100 are 1.2-litre gasoline that produces about 82bhp of power and the diesel is of the same capacity but produces 77bhp. The engines will come mated to a five-speed manual or AMT.
The KUV100 will be competing with Tata Zica and Maruti Celerio. This is a five-seater crossover with some good ground clearance. The KUV100 stands for Kool Utility Vehicle. The KUV100 has daytime running LEDs and funky styling to make it look Kool. The KUV100 has features like in-dash music system with bluetooth, voice command system, driver information system, steering mounted audio controls, reverse parking sensors, ABS and even dual airbags. Mahindra is preparing to launch the new KUV100 this month (15th January). Varun Dhawan has been signed as the brand ambassador for this new compact crossover from the Indian utility maker. The pricing of the Mahindra KUV100 will be between Rs 4-6 lakhs.
