As per a report, Mahindra Two Wheelers is working on a new 150cc motorcycle. This bike will rival the Suzuki Gixxer and it is being designed on an all-new platform. The new Mahindra Mojo is a 300cc bike and it is a cruiser, however this new bike will be sporty and will target the youth.

The bike is undergoing its final set of testing and this engine meets the BS IV norms. At the moment, Mahindra Two Wheelers has different set of audience for all its five products be it the Gusto, Centuro or the Mojo. The Gusto has been performing well off-lately with a rise in its sales numbers and the Indian automaker will be looking at getting the Peugeot scooters to India as well.
So far, the company doesn’t have a single sports bike in its portfolio and this is the next product that the brand is working towards. Expect it to be launched by the end of 2016 and the price tag will be about Rs 85,000 (ex-showroom pricing). Mahindra has plans to launch the new 150cc bike and we will see more scooters coming in the portfolio from Peugeot.
