Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited (MFCWL), sale/purchase arm of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), has inaugurated its 4th facility in Thane, Maharashtra. Doors of the unit were opened by the Vice President (operations and network) of MFCWL, Yatin Chadha. MFCWL's new facility will help the buyers to sell and purchase second-hand models, accompanied with easy finance, insurance facilities and hassle free documentation as well as paperwork.
Expressing his views on the launch ceremony, Chadha commented, “We believe used car buyers have the same aspirations as those who buy new cars. The used car industry often focuses only on the car transaction and not on the total experience of car-ownership. With this new store we hope to change this perception and create a unique, aspirational experience for the certified used car consumer, right from the point of entry till final exit from our showrooms. Our expanding network makes us well positioned to tap the potential of the certified used car market in the region.”
He further added, “Since its inception in 2008, Mahindra First Choice Wheels has maintained a reputation as a trustworthy and credible player in the Indian certified used car market. We are sure that this showroom will offer a great experience to consumers in Thane who are interested in buying or selling a car.”
MFCWL is counted among the country's most reliable buyers and sellers of pre-owned models and has maintained around 180 facilities in over 100 locations. Moving ahead with a positive outlook, the company has planned to take its dealerships network to over 500 in the coming three years. This move of the auto maker will also help the masses to expand their reach to the used cars.

Along with its new facility, the company also pulled off the curtains from its two new products, namely WARRANTYFIRST and CERTIFIRST. WARRANTYFIRST happens to be a warranty providing service, which will cover the entire mechanical and electrical aspects of the model. The company has planned to offer this service for the first 12 months or before the metre trips 15,000 km, whosoever comes early.
On the other hand, CERTIFIRST will provide a cover for the engine as well as transmission system of the car for 6 months or before tripping 7,500 km, whichever comes first. In order to lure the used car byers, the company is also providing 24x7 roadside assistance, which assures a convenient driving experience.
