The Lamborghini Huracan Evo Spyder will be launched in India on 10 October, 2019. The brand will also inaugurate a new showroom in Mumbai. The convertible variant of the Huracan Evo is expected a command a slight premium over to the Huracan Evo Coupe.
The soft-top on the Huracan Evo Spyder can retract in 17 seconds, up to speeds of 50 kmph. The model is 120kgs heavier than the Coupe variant but can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 3.1 seconds, just 0.2 seconds slower than the Coupe.
A few other feature highlights of the Huracan Evo Spyder include LDVI (Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata) with four-wheel steering and a torque vectoring system, Lamborghini Dynamic Steering (LDS) and an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the centre console.
Propelling the Lamborghini Huracan Evo Spyder is the same 5.2-litre, NA V10 engine as seen in its Coupe sibling. This engine is tuned to produce 631bhp and 600Nm of torque. Paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission, the model has a top speed of 325 kmph.
