Hyundai will be showcasing two new products at the 2016 Auto Expo. The Korean automaker is likely to showcase the new-generation Tucson and the new-generation Elantra at the show. The Tucson will be the next SUV that Hyundai will want to introduce and this will fill the gap between the Creta and the Santa Fe. Hyundai Tucson was introduced about a decade ago in the Indian car market, however it didn’t do that well. This time, the Korean auto giant is looking at reviving the SUV segment with the Tucson. This will be powered by an array of petrol and diesel engine options. The Tucson is one SUV that will help Hyundai to add more variety for SUV buyers.

      Hyundai Elantra

The Elantra is likely to be the second product that Hyundai could introduce. The company has been working on the all-new Verna, but at the moment, it might not have sufficient production capacity to meet the requirements of the consumers. We aren’t certain if it will be the Elantra or the Verna, but it will one of the two sedans that will be making its way into the Indian car market. The Elantra segment has shrunk, while the Hyundai Verna segment is on the rise. If Hyundai can ramp up the production and accommodate the Verna, then it will help them capture lost market share.

Hyundai has been highly aggressive with its product strategy and it will carry on the momentum to add more products to its line-up. There will even be some more concept vehicles and a Genesis could also be showcased this year.
